ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT AT 17.5% We accept payment by purchase order, cheque, postal order or most credit cards. If you require us to advise the total cost then request "Pro-Forma" invoice when ordering. Customers wishing to have a credit account please phone our accounts dept. on 01225 764101. CARRIAGE & DESPATCH
£6.90 per order (subject to our discount structure) for standard despatch, or £9.90 per order (subject to our discount structure) for goods required in 14 days or less from date of receiving order. Small packets are charged at £2.50 for standard Royal Mail delivery. All parcels are despatched by a guaranteed carrier. Collection from our showrooms is free of charge. Charges are for mainland UK. All other destinations are charged at cost. DESPATCH - Typical despatch is 10-14 days. ALWAYS indicate the date by which you wish to receive the goods. If despatch is required in less than 10 days then phone for availability before ordering.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
It is imperative that artwork is black on white. This means that there can be no colour, grey or shading. Artwork must be sharp in order to reproduce good results. We can accept artwork in one of the following PC formats: tif, gif, bmp or jpg. Please e-mail artwork to sales@awards.uk.com . There is a once-off origination charge of £12.50 for each different logo although reproduction of the logo is included in the engraving charge.
